I am an LICSW with 30 years of experience. I work with children and adults of all ages. I can help with problems such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, grief and loss and many others. 
          In addition to traditional therapy, I have a specialty in Activity Therapy.  This method incorporates any activity into the counseling itself. This may include sports, hobbies, or any creative interest.  Feel free to ask me to elaborate about this unique approach to counseling.
